Creativity

“It feels very freeing to let go of any fear or restrictions I had on myself and let my creativity run wild.  I was encouraged to express my recovery through creativity and found that this was an integral part of recovery itself.”

These workshops include art, music, dance, and meditation classes to help create a community of support for individuals who are choosing a life of recovery and healing.
